Such rich and saturated colors in this skein of handspun! From the dyer's notes: "What the Trees Know is a lovely, earthy colorway of olive and leafy greens, ecru, warm purple, hints of berry, deep blue, and golden brown."! Polwarth is a soft fiber similar to merino but with extra poofiness and squish. Knit it up into a wonderful gift for someone special or even for yourself.

Handspun yarn is, by nature, one of a kind and imperfect. All yarns are spun by me on my sweet spinning wheels in my smoke-free but dog friendly home in the beautiful PNW and then soaked in a lovely lavender wash, dried and re-skeined and are ready to knit your treasures. My finished skeins are measured after drying and yardage is approximated to the best of my ability. Your gauge may vary when working it up. I always recommend swatching for gauge and colorfastness when working with hand dyed products. Some dye run-off may occur with the initial washing of hand dyed goods though my handspun is soaked before drying to minimize that.

I do my best to accurately photograph my yarn but monitors may differ.  Please contact me with any questions before you purchase the yarn.

I'm happy to take orders for custom spinning for that special project. I have a large group of fibers you can choose from or you can purchase fiber elsewhere and have it sent to me. You'll pay for the cost of the fiber and the custom spinning.
