Everything about this is Handmade and Decadent! This is the gift for that special someone who values the unique work of art and the time and love that made it happen. The wool was handdyed by a wonderful friend, then finely spun on my spinning wheel and then woven on my loom. I hand twisted a 5.5" fringe on each end for some added pizazz and texture. Many hours were spent creating this piece and I loved every minute of it! The colors are gorgeous: vibrant teals, rich purples, warm golds and earthy browns.....all on a blend of Blue-Faced Leicester and silk. The added 25% silk adds sheen, extra softness, strength and lovely drape. Watching the colors as they blended together in the weaving was such a delight. This scarf will feel heavenly as well as keeping the recipient warm! 
 
Size:  8" x 78" with 5.5" of hand twisted fringe on each end.
 
Take care to handwash this wool creation gently in cool water only and lay flat to dry.
