Everything about this is Handmade and Decadent! This is the gift for that special someone who values the unique work of art and the time and love that made it happen. The wool was handdyed by 2 amazing dyers (I used 2 full skeins of handspun), then finely spun on my spinning wheel and then woven on my loom. I hand twisted a 6" fringe on each end for some added pizazz and texture. Many hours were spent creating this piece and I loved every minute of it! The colors are gorgeous: magenta, browns, soft tans, peaches, and lots of soothing warm golden yellows.....all on a blend of Blue-Faced Leicester and silk. The added 25% silk adds sheen, extra softness, strength and lovely drape. Watching the colors as they blended together in the weaving was such a delight. This scarf will feel heavenly as well as keeping the recipient warm! 
 
Size:  7" x 77" plus 6" of hand twisted fringe on each end. It's long enough to fold in half and put the ends through the loop. My sweet friend Kelly modeled showing it that way. Or double/triple around your neck.....lots of length for versatality.
 
Take care to handwash this wool creation gently in cool water only and lay flat to dry.

I'm happy to take orders for custom spinning and weaving for that special project. I have a large group of fibers you can choose from or you can purchase fiber elsewhere and have it sent to me. You'll pay for the cost of the fiber and the custom spinning and weaving.
