This skein was created with a 6 oz. bag of bits and pieces of different wools. I arranged them in a way that I thought would make a fun skein!  
 
Such lovely warm colors.....rich purples, rusty oranges, golden yellows, periwinkle blues,  and bits of warm toasty browns for fun contrast and all in this great oversized skein of wonderful handspun. And Squish......oh the Squish! And with the oversized skein there's a bit more yardage for a larger project too.
 
Handspun yarn is, by nature, one of a kind and imperfect. All yarns are spun by me on my sweet spinning wheels in my smoke-free but dog friendly home in rural Utah and then soaked in a lovely lavender wash, dried and re-skeined and are ready to knit your treasures. My finished skeins are measured after drying and yardage is approximated to the best of my ability. Your gauge may vary when working it up. I always recommend swatching for gauge and colorfastness when working with hand dyed products. Some dye run-off may occur with the initial washing of hand dyed goods though my handspun is soaked before drying to minimize that.

I'm happy to take orders for custom spinning for that special project. I have a large group of fibers you can choose from or you can purchase fiber elsewhere and have it sent to me. You'll pay for the cost of the fiber and the custom spinning.
