Handcrafted with Care

Hey friends, Karen here. I love wool and color. Spinning is my meditation and joy, followed closely by photography. Gift of Grace Fiber Arts is the name sake of my very first spinning wheel, "Grace." All yarns are spun by me on one of my three beautiful wheels. It was a natural flow from spinning and knitting to weaving and I now enjoy weaving with my handspun as well as natural cottons.

I'm a lover of all things natural, earthy, and simplistic and prefer being outside (as long as I can be warm). I’m happiest when surrounded by trees, rocks, water and all living things. I find great joy with my hands in the dirt and the sun on my back... and a big mug of organic coffee nearby.

My husband and I are living a quiet and simple life in the woods of the Pacific Northwest with our two awesome German Shepherds, Mitra and Makai.
