Deep rich golden yellows, rusty orange, earthy browns and splashes of leafy greens are handpainted on this amazing cormo wool. Cormo is much like the ever soft Merino and this fine USA Cormo is from Mountain Meadows Wool Mill, a mill that has a passion for supporting sheep farmers by offering ethically raised wool. This wool is wonderful to spin and is lovely next-to-skin soft with plenty of bounce and squish!
 
Handspun yarn is, by nature, one of a kind and imperfect. All yarns are spun by me on my sweet spinning wheels in my smoke-free but dog friendly home in the beautiful PNW and then soaked in a lovely lavender wash, dried and re-skeined and are ready to knit your treasures. My finished skeins are measured after drying and yardage is approximated to the best of my ability. Your gauge may vary when working it up. I always recommend swatching for gauge and colorfastness when working with hand dyed products. Some dye run-off may occur with the initial washing of hand dyed goods though my handspun is soaked before drying to minimize that.

I'm happy to take orders for custom spinning for that special project. I have a large group of fibers you can choose from or you can purchase fiber elsewhere and have it sent to me. You'll pay for the cost of the fiber and the custom spinning.
