Soft soothing blues, teals, greens and high contrast dark browns in this wonderful skein of handspun yarn! I so enjoyed spinning this skein and this is some of the softest BFL I've ever spun! I'm betting this will knit up to a lovely fabric! I have a pair of these skeins listed that match if you need extra for a larger project.

Knitting with Handspun yarn is such a delight and Blue Faced Leicester is my all time favorite fiber to spin and knit with. It's sturdy yet soft and is perfect for many projects with just a bit of nice drape. For many it's next to skin soft and it's my first choice for baby and children's knits as well as for adults.
 
Handspun yarn is, by nature, one of a kind and imperfect. All yarns are spun by me on my sweet spinning wheels in my smoke-free but dog friendly home in rural Utah and then soaked in a lovely lavender wash, dried and re-skeined and are ready to knit your treasures. My finished skeins are measured after drying and yardage is approximated to the best of my ability. Your gauge may vary when working it up. I always recommend swatching for gauge and colorfastness when working with hand dyed products. Some dye run-off may occur with the initial washing of hand dyed goods though my handspun is soaked before drying to minimize that.
